The state-owned bank SBAB is raising the interest rates on its fixed-rate mortgages.

The list rates on loans with a binding period of 1-10 years are being increased by 0.10 percentage points.

"The interest rate adjustment is due to the fact that market interest rates have increased, which has led to increased borrowing costs", writes SBAB in a press release.

The changes will come into effect on Thursday.
