Andersson believes that Sweden needs to prepare for the consequences the war in Iran could have in Sweden. She wants to see a crisis plan for possible economic consequences for companies and households.
But the government must also do everything it can to bring stranded Swedes home. According to Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M), an emergency team is now in place in Saudi Arabia.
If it is possible to send emergency teams to the region, it must also be possible to send people home, says Andersson.
Other countries appear to be much more forward-thinking in trying to get their citizens out.
She believes that Sweden should cooperate with other EU countries to find solutions.
