Large windows at a cafe have been shattered, according to images from the scene distributed by local authorities. The cafe's floor and the ground outside are covered in shattered glass.
Four people have been killed and around 20 injured, Dnipropetrovsk region governor Oleksandr Ganzha announced. Many of the injured are receiving hospital treatment. They are suffering injuries from the explosion and extensive cuts.
Three cars that were passing by when the Russian missile struck were also damaged, as was a gas station, reports public service channel Suspilne.
