Russian ambassador rejects allegations after drone incident in Germany, calls it a provocation

In a post on Facebook, the Russian Embassy in Sweden says there is no convincing evidence that the drones were of Russian origin and that the allegations are rather about German provocation "linked to the domestic political situation in Germany."

Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard (M) says in a press release that the ambassador was summoned to "protest against the sabotage attempt."

"Sweden gives its full support to Germany. Russia's attempts to intimidate us and undermine support for Ukraine will not succeed," she says.
