According to Sljusar, Ukrainian drones have caused a fire on a cargo ship that was in port. Two crew members have been killed and a third injured.
Another person is reported to have been killed and six injured in connection with the port.
Three people have been killed in a Ukrainian attack on the Rostov region, Deputy Governor Yuriy Slyusar said on Telegram.
