Russia hands over remains of 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers as Ukraine returns remains of 41 Russian soldiers

In return, Ukraine has returned the remains of 41 Russian soldiers to Russia.

In early February, the Russian Foreign Ministry told TASS that at least 12,000 remains had been handed over to Ukraine since June of last year. At least 200 remains of Russian soldiers have been handed over by Ukraine during the same period, according to Russian authorities.
