A member of the Russian feminist punk and protest collective Pussy Riot has been released after being arrested by border guards in Poland on Sunday.
Aisoltan Nijazova, who has Turkmen origins, was arrested at the border with Lithuania as she is internationally wanted by Turkmenistan.
She is free, says the prosecutor's spokesperson on Monday.
After questioning, the prosecutor found "no reason to request detention pending extradition" and released her thereafter, according to the spokesperson.
She has previously been arrested in Slovenia and Croatia following an international arrest warrant, but was released quickly again.
Pussy Riot are frequent critics of Russia's President Vladimir Putin and opponents of the Russian war of aggression in Ukraine.
