Skanska reports an operating profit of SEK 2,981 million for the fourth quarter of 2025. This compares with SEK 2,749 million in the corresponding quarter a year earlier.
Revenue fell to 48.7 billion, from 50.6 billion a year earlier.
The board of directors proposes a dividend of SEK 14 per share, of which SEK 8.50 is an ordinary dividend and SEK 5.50 an extra dividend.
Last year, Skanska distributed SEK 8 per share to shareholders.
