Doctors were able to prescribe as usual, but the prescriptions were not being delivered. The disruptions meant that patients were unable to collect their prescriptions.
The problems affected the entire country because all pharmacies, regardless of management, use the same system.
The system should be operational again by 9:30.
"But some players are still experiencing disruption."
