The man was convicted of rape and child rape. According to the prosecutor, he induced the girl to participate by exploiting his position of power and the girl's mental health and neuropsychiatric disability.
The court writes that the man "seriously abused the girl's dependence on him."
The crime took place on numerous occasions from October 2024 to early 2026, when the girl reported him to the police. According to the district court ruling, this involved a large but unknown number of rapes during the period to which the indictment relates.
The man himself has denied any wrongdoing and claimed that it was a "mutual love affair."
