On September 5 last year, a report was received alleging that three managers had breached confidentiality after articles were published on the Swedish Tax Agency's website and a debate piece in Expressen.
A preliminary investigation was opened to determine whether the publications revealed information that could be considered confidential.
According to the prosecutor, however, it is not possible to prove on objective grounds that a crime was committed, and the preliminary investigation is now closed.
