According to police information, the man was wearing work clothes and had a mountain bike, and the police hope that his equipment will help advance the investigation into the fire.
The fire in Arboga broke out on August 14. An entire row of townhouses burned down, and several houses were damaged. A number of people had to be taken to hospital for checks after inhaling smoke.
