Authorities are investigating whether women - including minors - were recruited in Poland through deception, without knowing what "potential employment abroad" meant.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has previously said authorities are investigating links between Epstein and Russian intelligence, and possible ties he had to Poland.
Justice Minister Waldemar Zurek has said that authorities are cooperating to investigate Polish associates in Epstein's circle.
The new suspicions concern trafficking outside Poland's borders.
Poland has also requested assistance in the matter from unnamed European countries.
