According to a Lex Sarah report the municipality submitted to the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate (Ivo), the person died after staying alone in their home for several days without contact with staff.
According to the report, the person's care and follow-up were lacking and their safety was not guaranteed.
The municipality has reported the incident to Ivo as serious misconduct.
