The meetings in Pakistan's capital Islamabad - which also extend through Monday - are attended by foreign ministers from Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the host nation.
None of the warring parties are present, but ahead of the talks, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is reported to have held "detailed discussions" about the war with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
Pakistan has taken an increasingly central role in the negotiations to end the war. Pakistani negotiators have been passing messages between Iran and the United States, including the 15-point U.S. peace plan the White House is said to have drawn up. The plan has been rejected by Iran.
