The international airport in Palm Beach, Palm Beach International, will apparently soon be renamed "President Donald J. Trump International".
A Republican majority in the Florida state legislature has voted in favor of this, and Governor Ron DeSantis, a fellow Republican, is expected to give the go-ahead. In a final step, the name change needs to be approved by the country's aviation authority.
Palm Beach International is the third-largest airport in the Miami metropolitan area. It is located just minutes from Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence, and Mr. Trump regularly flies there on Air Force One.
