An explosion occurred in a stairwell of an apartment building in Rosengård in Malmö during the night leading up to Friday, according to the police.
An alarm about a loud bang came in at 03.49 and when the patrol arrived at the scene, it was established that a detonation that had caused material damage to the stairwell had occurred, the police reports on its website.
There is no information about personal injuries. The area has been cordoned off pending the arrival of technicians and the national bomb squad.
