Another person was injured in the incident reported overnight Wednesday, Rostov Region Governor Yuri Sljusar wrote on Telegram.
The Russian Foreign Ministry stated on Tuesday evening that 19 people were injured after a drone hit a bus in Belgorod.
According to Ukrainian reports, the country hit two oil refineries in Russia in attacks during the night.
One of them is one of Russia's largest oil refineries and is located in the city of Ryazan, about 400 kilometers from Ukraine. The other is in the Perm region, more than 1,500 kilometers from the border, Ukraine's security service and general staff said in separate statements, AP reports.
