Nordea and Landshypotek are lowering their mortgage rates ahead of this week's interest rate decision from the Swedish Central Bank.
Nordea is lowering the mortgage rate with a one-year binding period by 0.1 percentage points. Landshypotek is also lowering by 0.1 percentage points.
Later in the week, the Swedish Central Bank is expected to lower the repo rate by 25 points. Several of the major banks' forecast is that the central bank will lower further once more this year.
