"When it comes to the customs situation, there may be short-term disruptions. We will continue to use our flexibility in our global manufacturing network to minimize the impact of the new customs situation", writes Justin Hotard in a comment.

Nokia reports an adjusted operating result of 156 million euros for the first quarter of the year. During the corresponding quarter last year, the company made a comparable profit of 600 million euros.

Analysts had expected a profit decline, but the average forecast among analysts was 280 million euros.

However, in the quarterly report, Nokia confirms its full-year forecast, which points to an operating result of 1.9-2.4 billion euros for the full year 2025. The average forecast among analysts is 2.2 billion.

Net sales in the quarter decreased marginally to 4.4 billion euros.

In connection with the report, Nokia announces that it has received a strategic 5G order in the USA in a new agreement with the operator T-Mobile.
