Ali had to leave the pitch after just 48 minutes. According to the Greek website Gazzetta.gr, the Swede was forced off because of shoulder problems.
The injury is also reported by Greek media outlets Metrosport and SDNA, which say that Ali has dislocated his shoulder.
Shoulder problems are not new to Ali. After his move to PAOK, he missed five games with a similar injury before returning to action at the end of August.
Mattias Svanberg and Gustaf Nilsson have already withdrawn from the squad.
