It's about financing aggressive investments in climate change, welfare and a more equal and inclusive Malmö, says Katrin Stjernfeldt Jammeh (S) at a press conference.
The three parties together receive 35 of 61 seats in Malmö's city council.
"With this result, we can conclude that the people of Malmö want a progressive policy for equality, reduced gaps and climate change," she says.
During the previous term of office, Malmö was governed by a coalition consisting of S, MP and L.
