New loss for Rögle – demands for Hansson's resignation

Roger Hansson will not be training Rögle in SHL hockey next season. One or two supporters would rather see him quit immediately. The banner with the text "Resign Hansson" was seen in the stands during the 2-3 loss against Luleå.

It's easy to have an opinion from the outside, it's always like that. We who work with this on a daily basis and work extremely hard and have the answers to what we're doing, we also know the conditions fully, says Hansson in TV4 play.

Rögle is having a really tough time and only HV71 and Modo behind them in the table.

But Hansson doesn't give up.

If we can just get it together, we're standing on a pretty good foundation to find something good ahead.

Dan Tangnes will lead Rögle next season.

Brynäs temporarily took the lead again after a clear 6–2 win at home against Malmö.

A few hours later, Färjestad made it 5–2 against Leksand in a heated match and took over the top spot. Slovak Marian Studenic scored two goals for the home team, which is one point ahead of Brynäs.

Magnus Pääjärvi's two goals against Skellefteå – a 4–1 win – kept Timrå in fourth place.

HV71 had important points within reach, but lost a 3–2 lead away against Växjö and fell 3–4.

The game between Linköping and Modo went to overtime and penalties. Linköping took the extra points with a 2–1 win.
