"I think we should raise our hands and say, 'Let's go now,'" she says.
She is supported by a number of strong C representatives at the party's meeting in Karlstad on Friday, where delegates will vote on the issue later in the day.
One of them is EU parliamentarian Abir Al-Sahlani, who says it involves both power and responsibility.
As they say "if you are not around the table, you will be on the menu", she says.
The party board's proposal is more cautious and involves investigating the pros and cons of euro membership. Something that several of the euro representatives call a "half-baked proposal."
Those who have reservations about the party board's proposal want the Center Party to say yes more clearly and work for a rapid introduction of the euro.
The party's climate and energy policy spokesperson Rickard Nordin, who also sits on the party board, is more cautious. He points out that the krona has strengthened against both the dollar and the euro in the past year.
This debate should be held throughout society, and the best way to achieve this is to have an independent, robust investigation into both the pros and cons.
