Thousands of Kyiv residents remain without power after Friday's massive Russian attack, which included a hypersonic missile. Half of the city's apartment buildings are reported to have suffered power outages in the attacks, which killed at least four people.
At the same time, temperatures in the city are dropping and are now approaching minus 20 degrees, writes the EFE news agency.
“Energy workers and repair teams are working around the clock to restore electricity, heating and water supply to the people,” President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on X on Sunday.
