According to the civil defense, eleven dead have been taken to al-Aqsa Martyrs' Hospital in central Gaza after a residential building was hit in the city of Dayr al-Balah.

In another attack on a school building in Gaza City, which was used as a shelter for Palestinians on the run, seven people were injured. In a third attack in the Nuseirat refugee camp, six people were killed, according to the civil defense. Three more were killed in the Shati refugee camp.

Over the past 24 hours, attacks have been directed at over 50 targets in Gaza, according to the Israeli military. Israel claims that the military is only targeting people who belong to militant groups.

A new evacuation order was issued on Wednesday for the city of Jabalia, where residents are being urged to move south.
