A total of 17 people have lost their lives, as the hospital in the city of Tuzla announces more deaths on Tuesday.
Two guests at the senior living facility who had been receiving hospital care since the fire have died in the past 24 hours, a hospital spokesperson said.
The senior citizen home is located in a multi-storey building in Tuzla in northeastern Bosnia and Herzegovina. The top floors are home to the elderly, the sick and those who have difficulty moving around on their own. The fire on November 4 broke out on the seventh floor and, in addition to the eleven deaths initially reported, around ten people were said to have been taken to hospital.
