Mats Persson (The Liberals) announced on Wednesday in an interview with TT that he is leaving his post as Minister for Labour Market and Integration.
The Liberals' newly elected party leader Simona Mohamsson thanks Mats Persson for his commitment to the party.
”Mats Persson has made great efforts in the government and for Sweden. I want to extend a big thank you to him for his work for freedom. With a strong drive and commitment, he has driven through important reforms to reduce exclusion and increase opportunities for more people to get into work”, writes Simona Mohamsson in a comment to TT.
Even Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (The Moderate Party) highlights his efforts in labour market policy.
”I want to thank Mats Persson for his time in the government and for his important work both as Minister for Education and as Minister for Labour Market and Integration – not least the work against segregation and unemployment”, he says to Dagens Nyheter.
