Sweden will become a "tax haven" with 1,000 billionaires in the country in ten years, Liberal leader Simona Mohamsson tells TV4 Nyheterna.
"We still have high taxes in Sweden and it is clear that it discourages people from wanting to roll up their sleeves. I don't think we should fight wealth, we should fight poverty," Simona Mohamsson told the news channel.
The party leader says that the Liberals are proposing a series of tax cuts that will eventually pave the way for more entrepreneurs, high-income earners and billionaires. The party is going into the election on a platform of lowering state income tax, corporate taxes and the tax on investment savings accounts.
