SD leader Jimmie Åkesson has said that if the Liberals have not reached 3.5 percent in the opinion polls when there are ten days left until the election, he sees votes cast on election day as wasted. Those votes should instead go to other Tidö parties, Åkesson believes.
"It may not be a great thing to talk about if we want to continue governing Sweden for another four years. We should focus on the red-green side and show what chaos it will mean for Sweden if we get the most left-leaning government Sweden has ever had," says Mohamsson.
She still does not want to say that Åkesson's call damaged Tidö cooperation.
No, but I think it's the wrong focus, she says.
The Tidö parties are well behind in the polls and things look particularly bad for the Liberals, who are at risk of leaving parliament.
