I believe we may need more shooting ranges, especially around our larger cities, to be able to provide the important activities of total defense with training opportunities, Bohlin says.
Bohlin wants to return to the question of how the number of shooting ranges should be increased, but says municipalities may be obliged to offer alternative locations for shooting ranges if they are forced to be removed, and that regulations for opening new ones should be simplified.
Some things may also involve removing or reformulating various types of regulatory requirements that currently create cost burdens for operators.
