This concerns image and film material taken in Rosengård late in the evening and early at night on September 3-4, 2023. However, interview material is not included, according to the ruling.
The editorial offices concerned have opposed the prosecutor's demands, citing source protection and the fact that disclosure would threaten journalistic independence.
Prosecutor Henrik Nordquist took the claim all the way to the Supreme Court, where it was rejected. He then submitted a new, more specific request to the district court.

The editorial offices affected are DN, Expressen, SVT, Sydsvenskan, TV4 and TT News Agency.
