Man seriously injured - one arrested for attempted murder in Västerås

A man in his 30s is suspected of the attempted murder of a man in Västerås. The injured man has life-threatening injuries.

Overnight Saturday, an injured man in his 50s was left outside the emergency room in Västerås.

On Sunday, Region Västmanland announced that he had life-threatening injuries and had been taken to the Academic Hospital in Uppsala, local media reported.

The suspect was arrested overnight Saturday and is now suspected of murder on probable cause.
