A man in his 25s has been detained, suspected of attempted murder of a woman in Midsommarkransen in southern Stockholm, the police write on their website.
The police were alerted during the night to Sunday to a residence after the woman was assaulted. The man could be arrested after a search effort where several police patrols participated. The prosecutor decided in the morning that the man would be detained.
The police do not want to provide any closer details about the crime or the suspect.
