A 28-year-old man in Östergötland is sentenced to prison and lifelong expulsion for repeated rapes of a 14-year-old girl, after the court of appeal has established the verdict. He is also convicted of buying sex from the girl's 16-year-old friend, reports NT.
The younger girl says that the man knew her age but still wanted to have sex. According to her, they met because she wanted snus and cigarettes from the man. He is convicted of three cases of child rape and sexual harassment of a child. Among other things, he forced her to have sex by holding her back and gave her tobacco and cash in exchange for sex.
The 16-year-old also claims to have been forced into sex, but according to the court, her story is not substantiated and therefore the man is convicted of exploiting a child by buying sexual services instead of rape.
The man denies the crime.
