The Tottenham star Lucas Bergvall will not rejoin the national football team for the home match against Northern Ireland, according to the Swedish Football Association.
The midfielder left the gathering before Saturday's away match against Luxembourg (0–1) due to a cold.
He is "not sufficiently recovered to be available for play" writes the association.
It was during the camp in Spanish Marbella that the 19-year-old caught a cold. He missed Thursday's training and went home to Sweden to recover with the hope of being able to play Tuesday's training match against Northern Ireland at Strawberry arena, but that will not be the case.
