Students and staff from the school began to be released again at 2 pm after having been accommodated for over an hour on Wednesday. This is done in a controlled manner at a location where guardians can pick up their children. Police and school staff are on site.
It is unclear what caused the alarm just before 1 pm, but according to the police, two schools chose to accommodate after a "person with deviant behavior" was observed. According to information to the police, this person is said to have been masked. The police were called to the two schools and asked outsiders to stay away from the area.
The police are investigating the incident as gross unlawful threats against a group, but there is no suspect or arrested person in the case.
As a result of the accommodation, Lindesberg hospital locked the doors and activated the medical management group in the emergency room, according to communicator Maria Andreason Engberg.
It was because they initially said they had seen a masked person, so to be on the safe side, she says.
No injured people have arrived at the hospital.
But some children came here, out of concern. There is a bit of activity at the hospital.
