"We are putting our foot down. We need to raise pensions for hard-working people," says Nooshi Dadgostar.
The proposal will be financed by increasing the pension contribution from just over 17 percent to 18.5 percent.
A larger portion of social security contributions should go into the pension system and be paid to Sweden's pensioners, says the V-leader.
Dadgostar will speak in Almedalen later on Friday.
