The rain is pouring down in Kristianstad, but Ulf Kristersson (M) shines like the sun when he meets voters at Stora Torg.
He has repeatedly said that he does not want to draw any conclusions based on opinion polls.
But after Novus' latest poll, where the opposition's lead shrinks to 2.6 percentage points, he believes they have momentum.
I will never record any profit or loss, but the feeling has been these weeks that we have momentum, and the Social Democrats are under very hard pressure because they don't want to talk politics, says Kristersson.
If it shows up in one measurement or another, that's good.
The question is whether the turnaround will come too late. There are only ten days left until the election and almost a million have already voted early, an increase of 40 percent compared with the corresponding period in the 2022 election.
Kristersson believes that they can still regret it.
There may be some who have voted early and who say, no, I'll probably regret it anyway and vote even better, then you have that chance.

Basically, I believe so. I am a winner and I am an optimist. But I am also aware that only the voters decide.
