Jimmy Kimmel appears on the show to send a special Christmas message to the British audience - about standing up for free speech.

In the televised Christmas speech on Channel 4, the American talk show host will state that it has been “a fantastic year, from a fascist perspective.”

He is also expected to warn in his speech that freedom of expression can quickly be thwarted, writes The Guardian.

Kimmel was previously suspended by ABC after a joke about the reactions to the murdered activist Charlie Kirk, which angered President Donald Trump's supporters. However, a week later, Kimmel was back on the air.
