She adds that a government from the Tidö Partnership can consist of four parties, two parties, or one party.
The Liberals' complete turnaround on SD last week, when L was the first party to give the green light for SD ministers in exchange for 15 substantive policy commitments in the 'Sverigelöftet', led Busch to say the L/SD paper was "not worth water" for KD and M. One point says that for-profit operations in schools should be phased out, "responsibly".
"We don't feel bound by them in any way," Busch says.
She emphasizes that there will be no priority for the points in the Sweden Promise in government negotiations.
