The entrepreneur and former Social Democratic politician Jan Emanuel is being prosecuted at Södertörns district court, suspected of unauthorized depiction of a protected object, reports P4 Uppland.
It was in April 2024 that Jan Emanuel allegedly filmed the amphibious regiment in Berga, south of Stockholm, which is a protected object, and published this on social media.
Jan Emanuel denies the crime.
