The Israeli military reports that a drone attack has been carried out against a "terrorist" who crossed the so-called yellow line in Gaza, reports The Times of Israel.
The yellow line is the border behind which Israeli soldiers have withdrawn in accordance with the first phase of the prevailing peace plan.
The incident is said to have occurred in Khan Yunis in southern Gaza.
According to the military, the person crossed the line "in a way that constituted an imminent threat" to soldiers.
The person is said to have been killed in the attack. Palestinian media also report that a person has been killed.
