Deadly Israeli attacks have occurred almost daily. In recent days alone, several people have reportedly been killed in drone strikes on Gaza City in the north and Khan Yunis in the south, the AP news agency reports.
Israel says it is continuing to fight Hamas and has expanded the area under military control.
Despite the ceasefire, nearly a million Gazans are still living in tents, according to the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC).
The NRC condemns Israel's ban on the import of construction materials and warns of difficult summer months.
A father of three from Dayr al-Balah says in a press release from the organization, "As soon as the sun rises, ants, flies and insects start pouring in and the heat rises."
