Both Pernilla Wahlgren and Bianca Ingrosso are listed among the companies that consumers have been most annoyed with during the year – the so-called shame list.

The consumer magazine Råd och Rön's list includes the companies that the Swedish Consumer Agency has received the most reports about. The highest number of reports – 1,076 – are from Termination Experts, which terminate subscriptions and agreements for various services. The reports are about consumers not understanding that the service costs money and feeling cheated when the invoice landed with them.

Among telecom giants and health companies, there is also Bianca Ingrosso, in fourth place with 270 reports, where consumers have reacted to the fact that she has not marked her posts on social media as advertising when, for example, she shows off products from her makeup brand Caia for the camera.

The Consumer Ombudsman has threatened a fine of 1.5 million kronor if posts like these do not stop.

Her mother Pernilla Wahlgren qualifies for eighth place with 163 reports. Her reports also concern that advertising content in social media has not been marked as advertising. Earlier this year, the Swedish Consumer Agency opened a case regarding insufficient advertising identification – which was closed after a voluntary correction was promised.

The list also includes Bättre Hälsa, Tele2, CVneed, Telia, Hälsoutvärdning, Telenor, Tre and Bilsvaret.
