Inflation expectations remain at a low level, new figures show.

Interest rate and currency market participants predict that inflation (CPIF) will be 1.6 percent in a year. This is unchanged from October, according to Origo's monthly surveys commissioned by the Riksbank.

Over two years, the inflation forecast is an average of 2.0 percent, marginally up from 1.9 percent in the October survey.

Market participants expect the Riksbank's policy rate to remain around the current level of 1.75 percent in a year. They also expect the krona to strengthen slightly against the dollar.
