The Estonians made short work of Caernarfon Town from Wales, winning the two-legged tie in the first qualifying round 10-0 on aggregate.
Now they face IFK Göteborg when the second qualifying round begins next week.
The first match will be played on July 21 at Gamla Ullevi, and the return leg will be held in Tallinn on July 30.
Levadia Tallinn is currently leading the Estonian league, ten points ahead of local rivals Flora.
Things are much harder for IFK Göteborg. After a crisis-ridden season, they are in a negative qualifying position after 12 rounds played.
