Clothing and aid organization Humana Sweden is used by over 200 municipalities to handle textile waste.

In 2023, they got their 90-account back, which was withdrawn over 20 years ago due to mismanaged economy. But Humana is still struggling with million debts, shows an investigation made by HD and Sydsvenskan.

For the past two years, Humana has gone minus with almost nine and ten million per year, despite getting in over 60 million kronor in 2023 from, among other things, their second-hand stores. At the same time, they have debts to the Bailiff's office of 5.2 million kronor.

The reason is unpaid taxes that the Tax Authority has not received and now proceeded with to the Bailiff's office, writes HD and Sydsvenskan.
