How Vigge is lulled to sleep before the World Cup match

Sweden-Netherlands kicks off at 12 noon local time in Houston today (7 pm in Sweden). That means an early wake-up call for the Swedish World Cup players, but that's nothing to worry about for Victor Nilsson Lindelöf.

"I'm used to it anyway, I've played a few matches with early starts. And I have three children, so it's no problem for me to wake up early," says Sweden's team captain.

He also doesn't worry about being able to sleep on time the day before. The Aston Villa defender has his tricks.

I don't usually have much trouble falling asleep. I just put on something a little more boring on a streaming service and then I fall asleep.

When asked exactly what, "Vigge" initially lacks an answer, but then comes up with:

Actually, now that I think about it! A nature documentary, “Planet Earth” or something, it’s very relaxing. So there you have it, a good tip.
