Östhammar municipality has made a Lex Sarah notification to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (Ivo), following suspicions of two instances of sexual harassment in home care.
According to the notification, the employee is alleged to have masturbated in front of the user, writes UNT. On another occasion, the person is alleged to have touched a user's genital area during a toilet visit.
The incidents are said to have occurred in 2025.
Östhammar municipality does not want to comment on whether the person is working within home care.
